A lot of attention is paid to sales in the transport & logistics sector. However, recently marketing has become more important. In order to reinforce this, the first NT Marketing Award will be presented at the Marketing in Transport Conference. A new annual tradition for B2B marketing in the transport sector.
The finalists were nominated through the annual survey Marketing in Transport & Logistics by NT. Fifty organisations were mentioned in the survey. Based on their website, branding and social media involvement the following finalists were selected:

- TGN|Fritom, a smart move for your logistics!
- Visbeen Transport, because we care
- Airhunters, the transport solution that fits
These companies will present themselves to the audience during the Marketing in Transport Conference on 31 March 2016.
The NT Marketing Award is granted to the logistics company that organised its marketing in the best possible way. Evaluation criteria are: (1) vision and strategy, (2) (growth in) market shares, (3) branding, (4) innovation and (5) organisation.
The jury consists of top marketeers from and affiliated to the transport sector.
